How to Float in Blue Protocol Star Resonance Floating is similar to flying, as it lets you hover in the air before slowly making your way down. It differs from flying in the sense that you won’t be able to soar through the skies at high speed. Instead, it’s a slower way to make your way through the air. Unlocking Floating Before you can learn to float, you must be at least level 17 or higher. If you’re below, it won’t work, so you need to work on leveling up. But once you are at level 17+, head to the Airona NPC at Asterleeds, and she will give you a quest called Terra Resonance. You can track the quest to make it easier to follow, too. Follow the quest to the Ancient City of Vil, where you will find a large blue flower that you can Resonate. Interact with it to unlock the Float Resonance.  You will also need to equip it before you can use this skill. To do this, head to your skills and look for the circular orb that says ‘Float’. Click on it and drag it down into your hotbar at the bottom.  Why Should You Float? Floating is a nice way to help you see what’s around you. However, it’s also great for stopping you from plummeting down if you happen to fall from a height. You can also use it if you’re climbing or exploring, and in a tricky spot.
